Chuck-A-Rama "Free Chuck-A-Rama for a Year" Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor
The Chuck-A-Rama "Free Chuck-A-Rama for a Year" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Mountain West Brands, doing business as Chuck-A-Rama Buffet, 744 E 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Utah and Idaho who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 14, 2026 at 4 PM Mountain Time and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive one (1) initial entry by completing all of the following:
- Follow Chuck-A-Rama's official Instagram account.
- Like the Sweepstakes post.
- Comment on the Sweepstakes post with their favorite Chuck-A-Rama buffet menu item.
- Tag at least one friend in accordance with the instructions in the Sweepstakes post.
Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry for each additional eligible friend tagged in a comment on the Sweepstakes post.
Entrants may receive ten (10) additional entries by sharing the Sweepstakes post to their Instagram Story and tagging Chuck-A-Rama's official Instagram account so Sponsor can verify the Story share. If an entrant's account is private or Sponsor is otherwise unable to verify the Story share, Sponsor may request reasonable verification of the qualifying share.
Tags must identify real individuals with whom the entrant has a personal connection. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, fictitious, celebrity, business, or spam account tags may be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary. Making a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
FREE CHUCK-A-RAMA FOR ONE YEAR
One (1) complimentary adult buffet will be added to the winner's Chuck-A-Rama Loyalty Rewards account each week for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, for a total of fifty-two (52) complimentary adult buffets. Each complimentary buffet must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the date it is issued. Any complimentary buffet not redeemed within thirty (30) days will expire and be removed from the winner's account. Expired buffets will not be replaced, reinstated, or exchanged for cash or other consideration.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is $1000 + applicable tax.
Free buffets are valid at participating Chuck-A-Rama locations and are subject to the redemption terms.
Free Buffets:
Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
May not be sold or transferred.
Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Are subject to applicable expiration dates and redemption restrictions.
Can be used on any date/time EXCEPT holidays or other specially priced meal periods.
DO NOT include tip. Please take good care of your server!
ARE NOT eligible for To Go or Catering orders.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about Monday, September 21, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by direct message from Chuck-A-Rama's official social media account.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will never require payment, credit card information, or bank information to claim the prize.
8. Verification of Winner
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency and may be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, tax, or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor before receiving the prize.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or other costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor may request information or documentation from the winner as necessary to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process, provides false information, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected period.
Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and promotional partners from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform on which the Sweepstakes is promoted.
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy and applicable law.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages unless the entrant separately provides any consent required by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Utah and the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
